Our own chunky salsa is made using Chopped Tomatoes with a blend of Chile Peppers & seasoned with Cilantro.

JALAPEñOS RELLENOS (Hot)
Baked Jalapeño halves stuffed with CRAB, topped with Shredded Cheddar & Monteray Jack Cheeses and served with our special Ranchera Sauce!

Fresh Spinach with Tomatoes and Portabello Mushroom Slices or a platter of Spring Mixed Leaf Lettuces, diced Tomatoes, diced Onions, Sliced Black Olives, Sliced Jalapeño Peppers and shredded cheese.
 STUFFED GREEN CHILES (Medium Hot)
  2 Anaheim Chiles stuffed with Black Beans, Corn and Tomatoes, topped with cheese & our special ranchera sauce and served with Vegetarian Refried Beans and Mexican Rice
QUESADILLAS
Our Quesadillas are made with 10 inch flour tortillas and we have many selections;
 Black Bean, Mushroom, Spinach & Mushroom, Chicken & Mushroom, Steak & Mushroom,  and Chorizo (Sausage).
All dinners are served with Vegetarian Refried Beans and Mexican Rice.
FAJITAS
Choose Steak, Chicken, Shrimp or Vegetarian. Each dinner is served with flour tortillas for rolling, Vegetarian Refried Beans and Mexican Rice.
STEAK MEXICANO OR AMERICAN
 Grilled 12 ounce NY Strip or Sirloin Steaks either spicey Mexicano style with Vegetarian Refried Beans and Mexican Rice OR American style with French Fries.
SEAFOOD
Poached 8 oz Salmon Fillet,
Crab, Lobster or Shrimp Quesadillas,
Shrimp Chimichanga, Shrimp Enchilada or Fish (cod) Enchilada
All dinners are served with Vegetarian Refried Beans and Mexican Rice.
COMBINATION DINNERS
Enchiladas, Burritos, Tacos and Chimichangas ~ your choice of shredded beef, shredded chicken, shredded pork or Chipotle spiced vegetable-bean fillings with Red, Green or Mole chile sauce. All dinners are served with Vegetarian Refried Beans and Mexican Rice.
